ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BYLAWS

AREA Incorporation

The Articles of Incorporation were adopted by the AREA membership on August 17, 1994, and were amended August 23, 1998; April 7, 2003; and October 7, 2004.  

The Bylaws were amended by Board action in 1995, 1998 and 2004.

The Internal Revenue Service accepted the Articles of Incorporation, and determined that AREA is a nonprofit organization on July 8, 1996.
