ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION AND BYLAWS

AREA Incorporation

The Articles of Incorporation were adopted by the AREA membership on August 17, 1994, and were amended August 23, 1998; April 7, 2003; October 7, 2004, and March 12, 2009.  

The Bylaws were amended by Board action in 1995, 1998, 2004, and 2009.

The Internal Revenue Service accepted the Articles of Incorporation, and determined that AREA is a nonprofit organization on July 8, 1996.
