Airports

It is recommended for participants traveling by air to fly to the Bozeman MT airport which is about 60 miles away from the conference location.   Special shuttle arrangements have been made for transport between the Bozeman airport and Chico.  No other arrangements have been made for other airports.

Other nearby airports are:

Helena – Helena Airport – approximately 150 miles

Billings – Logan International Airport – approximately 140 miles

Great Falls – International Airport - approximately 230 miles

Transportation Information

Airport Shuttles to and from Chico Hot Springs and Bozeman Airport

Karst Stage is offering a conference rate of $55.00/person round trip, $30.00/person one way if you travel on the following dates: 9/28 or 9/29 and 10/2 or 10/3.  Shuttles are available at a higher rate if you arrive before during or after the guaranteed dates. 

Karst is located inside the passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim.  Karst meets all arriving and departing flights at Gallatin Field (Bozeman) Airport.

Reservations are required by 9/25 and can be made on the Airport Shuttle page on their web site www.karststage.com.  Please put AREA in the conference box at the bottom of the reservation form to qualify for the conference rate.  Online reservations will be confirmed by email.  Inquiries can be made at airport@karststage.com or by calling (800) 287-4759.
