The conference will be held at the Arlington Hotel in historic downtown Hot Springs. Hot Springs is located about 50 miles southwest of Little Rock. Lodging, meeting and meals will all be on site (except for Sunday evenings outing). The Arlington has 480 rooms that are filled with charm and elegance. Located in the hotel are a thermal mineral water bathhouse, full service beauty salon, elegant dining facilities, two cascading swimming pools, and a mineral water hot tub. For golf or tennis activists, all of the guest have access to Hot Springs Country Club at discounted rates. In addition, there are several restaurants, unique shops, art galleries, and historic buildings within walking distance of the hotel that provide hours of entertainment, education and relaxation.

The afternoon and evening of Sunday September 24 will be spent at the Andrew Hulsey State Fish Hatchery. The hatchery is on the south side of Lake Hamilton in Garland County. It covers 135 acres in the southern edge of the scenic Ouachita Mountains, one mile north of Arkansas Highway 290 and 12 miles south of Hot Springs. It is the second largest of four warm-water fish hatcheries owned and operated by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. We will get a behind the scenes tour of the hatchery and a look at some of the educational opportunities provided at the hatchery. After the tour, you will be served a wonderful southern catfish fry with all the fixins.
