GENERAL INFORMATION

Conference participants can register as an AREA member, a non-member, a student or only for certain days.

Guests can join participants for meals. Cost for meals only listed below.

Conference fees must be paid in full by the deadline date and included with the completed registration form.

Update:Conference fees may be paid via PayPal. Please download and complete one of the forms below and fax to (512)389-8673. Once you have determined your fee total, please remit that amount using the Pay Now button.

REGISTRATION AND FEE INFORMATION

• AREA members - $250.00 (includes AREA membership dues)
• Non-members - $350.00
• Student - $150.00
• Early Registration Deadline is September 15, 2008; after that date, registration fee is $350.00
• Guest Meals Only - $150.00 (includes entrance fee for the Texas State Aquarium)
• The registration fee includes: Friday evening reception, one dinner and entrance into the Texas State Aquarium, three lunches, 6 breaks and a registration gift.
• Daily conference fee is $100.00.
• Table Top Exhibits - $30.00 per table.
